It's easy. Here's how it works:

1. Request a label

Request a freepost label that will be emailed to you. You can either print the label at home or download the voucher to print at a Collect+ drop off point.

2. Pack your clothes

Package up your good quality items in any envelope, parcel or box of your choice. Each parcel sent will need a separate label requested.

3. Drop it off!

Drop off your parcel at your local Collect+ point. Find your nearest one.

When you request a label we will send you a confirmation email with a downloadable version of your postal label and instructions on how to post your items to us. We will also send you a £5 discount code that can be used when you spend £25 on your next preloved purchase when you shop online with us, please note the discount cannot be applied to our Gifting range, each code can be used only once and not in conjunctions with any other discount or offer.Valid 01/01/2023 - 31/10/2023

What items can be donated?

We’re looking for good quality womenswear, menswear, accessories, homeware, music, books and textiles

If your are a retailer or buisness wanting to donate larger volumes of donations then please get in contact with online.shop@crisis.org.uk

If you would like to donate clothing directly to individuals experiencing homelessness and not to be sold online/instore, then please get in contact with: ccdonations@crisis.org.uk

Please only bring items that you have loved and looked after, and that others will love, too.

Your donation really helps

Your donations could be sold on our online shop, one of our marketplaces or even in one of our high street shops and the profit from every item sold goes towards funding our vital work to end homelessness

Last year Crisis provided 3,484 people with a variety of support tailored to their needs, including hotel accommodation and much else besides. This is life-saving work, especially during periods of severe weather, and two-thirds of people who came off the streets have not gone back.
