Product details

This stunning chair was produced in 1987 for IKEA, with a highly desirable and unusual ergonomic design and statement bent-wood arms!

I'm not kidding you when I say that this is one of the comfiest chairs we've ever had in our workshop! On quite a small footprint, this chair is surprisingly enticing and is the kind of thing you'll be stuck in for hours!

The design feels light and airy, perfect for use as a reading chair in a home office, or as part of a modernist-styled lounge. The medium shaded wood makes it perfect for pairing within a range of colour schemes, whether you're a teak fan, an oak fan, a tola fan or something else entirely! The same story goes for the neutral charcoal webbing which would sit well if placed as a standalone piece, or contrast nicely with colourful cushions and blankets, the choice is yours!

MEASUREMENTS:

  • L80cm x W65cm x 87cm
  • Seat height: 50cm
  • Seat depth:52cm
  • Arm height: 62cm

CONDITION: This piece is in overall great condition, with some areas of wear & patina consistent with the piece's age. The webbing is all original and still very sturdy and comfortable. There are some small areas of wear to the frame, which have been refinished to match, with some slight inconsistencies still slightly visible, as shown in photos.

Please check photos. Each of our items receive an all-over treatment to ensure a quality restoration. However, please note that due to the age and authenticity of our pieces, some may carry small marks of individual character to show their age.
