HOW TO KEEP YOUR PLANT HAPPY

● Place in a dry environment.

● Only water when the soil has completely dried out, approximately every few weeks.

● Over watering will damage the plant's structure.

● Feed with liquid feed once every six months

DELIVERY: 

Orders are shipped once every week. Cut off for the weekly orders is Tuesdays by 9am. Orders placed before this time each week will be shipped by the following Wednesday.  

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail service and should arrive within 3-4 working days of dispatch. Each plant order is dispatched separately to ensure safe delivery, there will be a postal charge per plant. Delivery charge is £7.95

Each delivery is a fixed fee of £3.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75, excluding purchases from our Third Party Suppliers. Please check our delivery page for more information.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days.

All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.

To start a return, you can click the link. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.
