Family-owned business Snow Windows has partnered with Crisis this festive season to make some Christmas-themed magic happen - Spray Artist Tom Baker, has created this exclusive design for us, with each purchase the profits are supporting a person's life beyond homelessness - It's about to get even better though - come check out the exclusive collaboration come to life when Tom sprays our new Muswell Hill store window, opening in early December!

All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.
To start a return, you can click the link. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.
