Delivery

COST

We charge a postage and packing fee to cover the costs of sending you your products. This allows more money to go towards our work to end homelessness.

Each delivery is a fixed fee of £3.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75 excluding Crisis merchandise collections.

Items bought from our Third party suppliers (which include our letterbox gifting range, Hampers, Glasshouse plants and On-demand crisis editions) Will have a separate delivery charge that is not included in the flat rate charge of £3.95, therefore the total calculated shipping will be shown at checkout. Please check the product description to see if you will be charged a separate postal charge than our standard £3.95 flat rate charge. These items are produced and distributed via a third party supplier and incur their own delivery charges outside of our normal rates.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days, however during busy periods this time frame may be extended.

All goods are sent by Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched, if a valid email address is provided at checkout.

Glasshouse plants:

Orders are shipped once every week. Cut off for the weekly orders is Tuesdays by 9am. Orders placed before this time each week will be shipped by the following Wednesday. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail service and should arrive within 3-4 working days of dispatch

Letter box gift & Bon Bon Hamper:

Orders are shipped next working day if received before 11am.

Letter box gift delivery cost £4.14 and are shipped via royal mail

Bon bon hamper delivery cost £7.14 and are shipped via dpd

Crisis Editions & Crisis Branded Merchendise:

All Crisis branded merchandise including our Designer T-Shirt Project is produced and fulfilled via a third party supplier from their textile remanufacturing centre and will incur their own delivery charges outside of our normal rates displayed at checkout. Purchases will arrive separately in recycled paper packaging.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, eco-friendly and sustainably sourced so please reuse or dispose of them correctly to reduce the impact on the planet. We are currently following government guidelines when handling merchandise and packing orders.

VIRTUAL GIFT NOT DELIVERED

When you purchase a virtual gift, if the email recipient is not valid you will be sent an email asking to confirm the email an/or provide and alternative. Once supplied the Virtual gift will be resent to the email provided. Please contact us via our contact us page.
