Guaranteed shipping cut off date for chritsmas 2026: 21/12/26

After midday 21/12 - 5/01, we will have delayed shipping, we cannot gurantee items will arrive for Christmas day: Disptach days during this period will be the 30/12 and 2/01.

We dispatch from two locations, if your order contains a combination of clothing and gifting items, they will be dispatched separately.

A skeleton team will be handling customer service during the festive period so please allow more time for a response during this period.

COST

We charge a postage and packing fee to cover the costs of sending you your products. This allows more money to go towards our work to end homelessness.

Each delivery is a fixed fee of £4.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75 excluding Crisis merchandise collections.

Items bought from our Third party suppliers (which include our On-demand crisis editions clothing) Will have a separate delivery charge that is not included in the flat rate charge of £4.95, therefore the total calculated shipping will be shown at checkout. Please check the product description to see if you will be charged a separate postal charge than our standard £4.95 flat rate charge. These items are produced and distributed via a third party supplier and incur their own delivery charges outside of our normal rates.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days, however during busy periods this time frame may be extended.

All goods are sent by Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take upto 3 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched, if a valid email address is provided at checkout.

Crisis Editions & Crisis Branded Merchandise:

All Crisis branded merchandise including our Mr.Men Little Miss collaboration is produced and fulfilled via a third party supplier from their textile remanufacturing centre and will incur their own delivery charges outside of our normal rates displayed at checkout. Purchases will arrive separately in recycled paper packaging.

VIRTUAL GIFT NOT DELIVERED

When you purchase a virtual gift, if the email recipient is not valid you will be sent an email asking to confirm the email an/or provide and alternative. Once supplied the Virtual gift will be resent to the email provided. Please contact us via our contact us page.
