Shop from Crisis is Crisis’ retail platform, raising vital funds to help end homelessness.
Our vibrant 17 London shops are fuelled predominantly by generous, preloved donations from the community.
Our online store, shopfromcrisis.org.uk is powered by:
high-quality stock, donated by and bought from leading brands
carefully curated bought-in goods (homeware and gifts)
In 2025 we had 470K (33% returning YOY) visitors to our online shop.
Together, they create a sustainable and high-performing retail model where every bit of profit supports Crisis’ work.
WHY US?
Shop from Crisis offers brands a credible, circular route for excess stock.
We partner with retailers to keep quality products in use, transform them into vital funding to support people facing homelessness, and provide clear impact reporting for CSR and ESG communications – all through a professionally managed, zero-to-landfill retail model.
As well as feeling good about shopping consciously, you’re also supporting Crisis’ work to end homelessness for good.
Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We work directly with thousands of people who are homeless, and provide vital help so that people can rebuild their lives and move out of homelessness for good. We offer one-to-one support, advice and courses for people in 11 Skylight centres across England, Scotland and Wales. How we help someone depends on their individual needs and situation. It could be with finding a home and settling in, getting new skills and finding a job, or help with their health and wellbeing. We use research to find out how best to improve our services, but also to find wider solutions to end homelessness. Together with people facing homelessness and Crisis supporters, we campaign for the changes needed to end homelessness for good.
We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we will end homelessness.
