We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.
We do not accept returns on our Crisis branded merchandise because they are made to order for you. Due to hygiene reasons, Swimwear, intimate clothing, and jewellery are also not eligible for returns.
We do not accept refunds on any items purchased from our wholesale collection due to the nature of the items.

To start a return, you can click the link. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 5 working days from receiving your return label to send your return back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.
