The Honey Project is a true modern love story. After a summer of love in 2019, Laura & Ed set out on a mission to create a honey brand that's about doing good and giving back - They created the next generation honey where every jar purchased helps plant wildflowers up and down the countryside, rewarding out glorious pollinators.
Available in 3 flavours:
Unrivalled Runny: A wonderfully runny honey mix of wildflowers creating a medley of light floral flavours. Deliciously golden in colour and since our bees forage as they please each batch tastes slightly different, just as it should.
Jolly Cinnamon: An uplifting soft set honey infused with ground cinnamon giving it a subtle hit of flavour that blossoms over time.
Joyous Ginger: A delightfully soft set honey infused with ground ginger giving it a burst of flavour that grows and infuses over time.

Where this honey is from
Single source 100% British honey. Sourced from the luscious fields of Holt Hall Apiary, in Tamworth Staffordshire, each jar tastes wonderfully unique, as it should.

Each jar plants around 100 new flowers. The Honey Project partnered with Buglife. 25p per jar is donated to rewilding so that pot of honey on your table is really a new plot of forget-me-nots flowering in the real world.
Crystallisation
Sometimes you may find that your honey crystallizes. Crystallisation is a good sign. It means the honey you have is all natural and doesn’t contain any fake sugar or additives. If you are looking to make your honey runny again, simply place your jar in a bowl of warm water and allow to sit until the honey melts. In five-minute intervals remove your jar, stir the honey and return it to the warm water. It’ll return to its runny consistency in no time. Perfect for drizzling, oozing or spreading over whatever takes your fancy.
Each delivery is a fixed fee of £3.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75, excluding purchases from our Third Party Suppliers. Please check our delivery page for more information.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days.
All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.
To start a return, you can click the link. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.

Please note, as all our products are second hand ranging over multiple decades the measurements may not truly reflect the tagged size or brands current measurements or fit. Therefore, please refer to our sizing guide and check your measurements using a tape measure before ordering.
