Guaranteed shipping cut off date for chritsmas 2025: 17/12/25
Items orders up until the 9am 23/12 will be shipped as normal, after this period our warehouse will close until 05/02/26 and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We dispatch from two locations, if your order contains a combination of clothing and gifting items, they will dispatch separately.
For orders containing non-clothing & books, warehouse operations will dispatch between the following:
last working day before Christmas will be Tuesday 23rd December, and we will reopen on Monday 29th December.
We will also be closed on Wednesday 31st December, returning on Friday 2nd January.
For orders containing clothing & accessories only, the warehouse is closed and will not dispatch between Tuesday 23rd December - Monday 5th January 2026.
A skeleton team will be handling customer service so please allow more time for a response during this period.
Each delivery is a fixed fee of £4.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75, excluding purchases from Crisis merchandise collection.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days.
*Update to postage 01/07/2025: We have had to increase our postage policy due to the increase in postage and packaging costs from £3.95 to £4.95
All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
