Care for your Wool:
Wool is naturally low-maintenance and self-cleaning. Spot clean with lukewarm water (max 25°C) and a wool-safe detergent, or use Wool & Sheepskin Detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals. If needed, hand wash or use the wool cycle on your machine. Do not tumble dry or use heat. Reshape while damp and air dry flat. Avoid direct sunlight. Gently brush to restore natural texture and maintain softness.
Each delivery is a fixed fee of £4.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75, excluding purchases from our Third Party Suppliers. Please check our delivery page for more information.

All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.
To start a return, you can click the link. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.
