Shetland Soap Company are a social enterprise, based in the Shetland Islands working alongside adults with learning disabilities and autism to produce a range of exclusive handmade soap and skincare products that are inspired by their beautiful islands.

‘Alamootie’ featuring black orchid and amber fragrance, is named after the Shetland dialect word for storm petrel - a rare bird that can be found nesting in the ancient Pictish broch on the isle of Mousa.

A high-quality shaving soap used with a shaving brush will produce a smooth, rich and moisturising lather. A blend of glycerine, coconut oil and Aloe leaf extract. Gives a smooth and close shave and leaves the skin feeling supple. Great for wet shaving traditionalists and a must-try shaving soap for all.
