This Christmas, Crosstown is serving up the sweetest treat you will never see. We’re launching the world’s first invisible doughnut.
There is just one catch: you cannot eat it. But every imaginary bite will help someone take a real step out of homelessness.
The invisible doughnut is being ‘sold’ throughout December to raise vital funds for Crisis, the national charity working to end homelessness. Customers can donate £1, £3, £5 or £10 to “buy” the invisible doughnut in any Crosstown store, Crisis’ charity shops or donate below.
Go on and pay it forward. You’re helping someone take their first step to a life out of homelessness.
Each delivery is a fixed fee of £4.95 or FREE delivery is available on all orders over £75, excluding purchases from our Third Party Suppliers. Please check our delivery page for more information.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days.
All clothing and accessories goods are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Once the item has been dispatched this can take 3-4 working days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product you will have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us.
To start a return, you can click the link. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is to be paid by the customer, this is deducted from the refund amount received at a fixed rate of £5.22 excl VAT.

Please note, as all our products are second hand ranging over multiple decades the measurements may not truly reflect the tagged size or brands current measurements or fit. Therefore, please refer to our sizing guide and check your measurements using a tape measure before ordering.
Similarly, during our selection process we have taken all reasonable care to examine each individual item to ensure the products details, descriptions and condition are described as accurately as possible. Please refer to our condition guide to see how we have graded each of our items.
