Kabo Clothing x Unsold. Retold.
Kabo Clothing is a queer-owned independent brand centred around working with pre-existing and repurposed materials, to bring play, personality and a hint of punk to your wardrobe through one-of-a-kind pieces. From upcycling workshops and brand collaborations to showcases including Reselfridges, at the heart of Kabo is a belief that creativity should be accessible, collaborative and fun.
For Unsold. Retold., founder Katy saw an unexpected formalwear theme emerge, with designs evolving organically to retain elements of their original form (blazers, shirts, ties) while becoming something entirely new.

12 independent makers. Unsold donated garments. Completely original pieces. See how UNSOLD. RETOLD. came to life.
We gave 12 independent makers access to unsold donated garments and invited them to see what they could become.
The result is UNSOLD. RETOLD. – a series of limited collections for which existing garments have been transformed into original, one-off pieces.
50% of every sale goes to the maker, with 50% supporting Crisis’ work to end homelessness.
YOUR TURN TO RETELL.
